MC360 is divided into three separate phases.
Phase One is basic discipleship. This phase is all about you and your personal growth/development. This is where the focus is on finding out who you really are and drawing out the person God has called you to be. This task is accomplished through Bible-based curriculum, daily prayer, scripture memory, required reading, life-skill classes, one-on-one teaching, ministry opportunities, daily living and much more.
Phase Two is the equipping phase, and is designed for the students called to a life of ministry. This phase is dedicated to cultivating the gifts that God has given you, and finding out how to incorporate them into your ministry. We do this through continued curriculum and daily prayer, leadership training, and various internships that fit your area of ministry. We also offer optional college courses to receive your credentials as a licensed minister.
Phase Three is the launching stage of our program. This final phase is all about sending you out and getting you to where God want to be. In this phase, you will map out your dream, and will create the connections you need to move into your calling. You will do this by writing a detailed plan about what you want to accomplish with your ministry and begin to implement those necessary steps while still in Masters. Whether it’s networking, interviews, fund raising, team building, or traveling. Our goal is that when you leave MC360 you will go straight into your dream!
